Water has been switched back on just before 9am, but it will take a while for pressure to build up.

Water delivery is expected to be back between 9am and 10am if no unforeseen problems arise.
The burst pipe across from the tourism information centre in Bultfontein Road is one of the few remaining lines not control by independent vales.
The only way to work on this section is to close most outgoing pipelines at Newton Reservoir.

Most areas in Kimberley are still without water this morning due to the burst pipe in Bultfontein Road. Water is expected to be back on later this morning.
We will keep you updated as more information become available.

From reports coming in it seem most neighbourhoods supplied by the Newton reservoir are affected.

There is a pipe burst in Bultfontein Road. The following and some other areas may experience very low water pressure or no water.
Hadison Park, Roylglen, Royldene, Hadison Park, El Toro Park, Herlear, Monuments Heights, CBD and Belgravia.
