Sol Plaatje Electricity Department is currently conducting repairs at the Dingaan Street Electricity Sub Station in Galeshewe that was struck by lightning last night (18 March 2021) burning some equipment heavily.
Some of the affected areas include Nobengula, Siwisa, Seochoareng and Modise streets to mention a few.
Unfortunately no timeframe was given when repairs will be completed.
