There’s a huge water burst pipe behind Shoprite in Barkly Road, which affects a large part of Galeshewe. Waterworks team is currently on site and will have to switch off water temporarily to continue with repairs which will take a couple of hours as this is the main line of supply that is affected.
The greater parts of Galeshewe will be without water until repairs are completed.
We will continue to update residents on progress.
