📍UPDATE: REFUSE COLLECTION IN CARTERS GLEN, MONUMENT HEIGHTS, AND LINDENE BACK ON TRACK
All compactor trucks have been refuelled and refuse collection in the following areas will proceed as per today’s schedule: Lindene, Carters Glen, and Monument Heights in Ward 24.
The earlier delay was caused by a lack of diesel supply due to a go-slow by employees at the Stores Unit.
We thank residents for their patience and apologise for the inconvenience caused earlier today.

⚠️ALERT: REFUSE NON-COLLECTION IN THREE RESIDENTIAL AREAS OF KIMBERLEY
This notice serves to inform residents of Carters Glen, Monument Heights, and Lindene that the refuse collection scheduled for today has been affected by a lack of diesel supply. This is due to a go-slow by the Municipality’s Stores Unit.
The compactor truck designated for the above areas does not have diesel. Alternative plans are being made to source diesel urgently.
All other areas scheduled for today are unaffected except for the three mentioned above.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused and will keep residents updated on further developments.
