⚠️UPDATE 3: TEMPORARY POWER FAILURE – MIDLANDS SUBSTATION TO SWITCHHOUSE NO. 2 – PARTS OF ROODEPAN
A portion of Roodepan is currently experiencing a power failure due to faulty Medium Voltage (MV) cables supplying Switchhouse No. 2 from the Midlands Substation.
* Update: Last joint making in progress and to be followed by conducting all necessary tests in preparation for restoration of supply.
Affected areas include:
Naborn Park, Lethabo Park, Lerato Park, and surrounding areas.

Update: 1. Fault has been identified, and trenching is in progress. 2. Fixing of fault to be followed by conducting all necessary tests in preparation for restoration of supply.
