The Sol Plaatje Municipality hereby gives notice that Cnr Waterworks & Jacobus Smit and Cnr Waterworks & Rodger streets will be temporarily closed Thursday 4 April 2024 from 5am till Tuesday 9 April 2024 at 5am to allow the Municipality to work on the water interruption.
Motorists are requested to use alternative routes.
UPDATE: 3 April 2024 – 11:00
According to a media statement by Sol Plaatje Municipality, Waterworks and Reservoir Roads will be closed to allow ease of access for tankering from the reservoirs for the duration of the Planned Water Supply Interruption (4-8 April 2024)
