💥⚡LOADSHEDDING UPDATE⚡💥

ESKOM: Eskom will continue implementing Stage 3 loadshedding during 05:00 – 16:00, and Stage 4 loadshedding during 16:00 – 05:00 daily until further notice. Breakdowns amount to 17 035MW while planned maintenance is 6 189MW.

Due to water levels at Newton Reservoir still not at a satisfactory level, the Nightly Water Shutdowns are still being implemented until levels have reached full capacity.
Time of Nightly Water Shutdown: 20:00 – 04:00 / 8pm – 4am
PLEASE NOTE: As in the past, sometimes water was switched off earlier than specified or switched on later than the times mentioned. Time of water switch on does not necessarily mean water will be available at that specified time, the system will need to first be filled and as such some areas will receive water after the stipulated time depending on the area’s location.
