Imagine a day dedicated entirely to doing good and avoiding harm. That’s what Dynamic Harmlessness Day is all about!
Celebrated on November 2nd, this special day is a tribute to H. Jay Dinshah is the founder of the American Vegan Society.
Dinshah was a pioneer who introduced the concept of dynamic harmlessness, inspired by the principles of non-violence and compassion promoted by Mahatma Gandhi. It’s a day that calls for action – to live in a way that causes the least harm and does the most good for all living beings and the planet.
Dynamic Harmlessness Day, following World Vegan Day, emphasizes the importance of ahimsa, or non-harming, in our daily lives.
