As part of various and regular visits to different units and directorates that deals directly with service delivery on a daily basis, we took time to visit the call centre to monitor and boost the moral of workers as they work extremely under severe pressure and experience a high volume of calls on a daily basis.
We are also looking at possible ways of increasing manpower and locating it to a more suitable and accessible place to respond adequately to all service delivery queries.
