⚠️ PLANNED WATER SUPPLY INTERRUPTION – TUESDAY, 05 MAY 2026, 14:00 TO 20:00
Residents, especially those in high-lying areas, are hereby informed of a planned water supply interruption scheduled as follows:
Date: Tuesday, 5 May 2026
Time: 14:00 to 20:00
Reason: Pumps at the Newton Reservoirs Complex will be switched off to allow for the replacement of a faulty/leaking flange adaptor on the newly installed valve at the 91-megalitre reservoir within the complex.
Impact: The CBD will be most affected by the interruption. Other areas may experience low water pressure during this time.
