KIMBERLEY GALESHEWE- On Saturday morning weekend a 25 year old Kimberley man was stabbed to death after an altercation over R5. Reportedly the deceased was stabbed in the neck and died of his injuries. According to SAPS A male suspect has been arrested and will be charged for murder.
Statement by Tebogo Obusitse of Wanya Tsotsi on Saturday, 13 April 2109:
“#OperationWanyaTsotsi has handed over a suspect to the Police this afternoon after we received a call of another murder.
We just want to make make it clear that this is not GANG related. It has nothing to do with Distraction Boys or Any gang.
We have been handing over suspects in most of the recent murders. It was #OperationWanyaTsotsi members that spend sleepless nights to put the suspects in the Murders of Boniface and Tshepisho in the Police custody.
We have requested the Police and the Authorities to STOP threatening us with arrests and STOP putting us in police cells for dealing with these thugs…… But we are constantly reminded that we are not the Police and we WILL BE arrested.”
