POWER SUPPLY RESTORED: CASSANDRA, ERNESTVILLE AND PARTS OF HERLEAR AND BEACONSFIELD
》 Sol Plaatje Municipality’s electricians have successfully restored power supply to Cassandra, Ernestville and parts of Herlear and Beaconsfield.
》 Power supply was also restored to larger parts of Beaconsfield and Herlear during the day amid an outage.

POWER OUTAGES: CASSANDRA, ERNESTVILLE AND PARTS OF HERLEAR AND BEACONSFIELD
》 Sol Plaatje Municipality’s electricians are still undertaking last joint repair work in an all-out-effort to restore power supply to Cassandra, Ernestville and parts of Herlear and Beaconsfield around 22h00.
》Pullinger Substation and Olympia Street Mini-Substation are still off. Fault being repaired is from a burned cable between Herlear Substation and Cassandra.

POWER OUTAGES: CASSANDRA, ERNESTVILLE AND PARTS OF HERLEAR AND BEACONSFIELD
》Whilst power supply has been restored to larger parts of Herlear and Beaconsfield following this morning’s blackout due to cable faults, Sol Plaatje Municipality’s electricians are still working on restoring supply to Cassandra, Ernestville and parts of Herlear and Beaconsfield
》Pullinger Substation and Olympia Street Mini-Substation are still off. Fault being repaired is from a burned cable between Herlear Substation and Cassandra.

POWER OUTAGES: HERLEAR, CASSANDRA, BEACONSFIELD AND ERNESTVILLE
》The Sol Plaatje Municipality’s electricians are currently assessing two 11 000 volt cable faults; 1. Between Herlear Substation and Rudd Drive Substation and 2. Between Beaconsfield and Herlear Substations.
An assessment is being done for repair work to unfold in an effort to restore power to all affected suburbs.
