While Kimberley’s residents sit with no water in their taps an unscrupulous contractor was stealing water from a valve in Cassandra. The ever vigilant Cassandra Neighbourhood Watch would have none of this and quickly put a stop to this illegal practice. SAPS was called to the scene, a case was opened and the vehicle confiscated.
Other SSK members posted on the group that they witnessed the same truck filling up in Hercules Street during the water crisis.

Terwyl die res van ons smag na water, steel die kontrakteur die water in Cassandra. Buurtwag hul vas getrap en daar word sake oopgemaak teen die persone. Voertuig word ook beslag op gelê!
