EARLY ALERT: TWO-DAY WATER SUPPLY INTERRUPTION IN ROODEPAN
*FROM FRIDAY 22 NOVEMBER AT 10PM TO SUNDAY 24 NOVEMBER 2024, 10PM
* A total of six (6) leaks are to be fixed on 600 mm diameter pipeline and repair work will also be conducted on the Midstation valves.
IMPACT:
* A water supply interruption in the entire Roodepan area will be effected, including Sunset Manor, Legaeng, Lethabo Park, and Jacksonville.
* Some areas in Galeshewe will experience low tap pressure during the scheduled repair work weekend period.
IMPORTANT:
Residents are encouraged to store water.
EMERGENCY WATER SUPPLY
Emergency water supply will be enforced via tankering. Trucks will be stationed at key accessible spots, and others will be roving the streets.
