The Municipality’s waterworks section is working on a huge burst pipe in Lawson Str. We will have to switch off supply from Newton Reservoir for a short period to allow waterworks to effect repairs.
Residents that are being directly fed from the Newton Reservoir will notice low pressure to no water from their taps due to there being no supply.
Once repairs are complete water will be restored to all affected areas.
