ALERT: NEWTON RESERVOIRS PUMPS SWITCHED-OFF DUE TO BURST PIPE IN JACOBSON AVENUE (HILLCREST)
The Municipality’s Waterworks Section will be repairing a burst pipe located in Jacobson Avenue, Hillcrest.
This has necessitated the switching-off of the pumps at Newton Reservoirs.
Impact: Low tap pressure to possibly no water supply in high-lying areas.
Estimated Repair Duration: three hours.
