UPDATE: 13 August 2022 – 18:18
The Waterworks Dept will work on maintenance and repairs on a valve at Cnr Bultfontein & Long street this evening (Sat 13 Aug 2022), and in order for repairs to be done the Newton Reservoir will be switched off at 21:00pm, however water will be restored once repairs are complete.
The areas/suburbs affected are those fed directly from the Reservoir.
