They will then reach its highest point in the sky at 05:36, 83° above your northern horizon. They will be lost to dawn twilight at around 06:11, 80° above your north-western horizon.
The Moon will be at mag -12.1, and Jupiter at mag -2.2, both in the constellation Ophiuchus.
The pair will be too widely separated to fit within the field of view of a telescope, but will be visible to the naked eye or through a pair of binoculars.
At around the same time, the two objects will also share the same right ascension – called a conjunction.

KIMBERLEY NIGHTLY WATER SHUTDOWN SHORTENED

Nightly water shutdown shortened from 6pm – 4am to 8pm to 4am.
According to a statement from Sello Matsie, the Sol Plaatje Municipality Spokesperson, water will be shut off from 8pm and switched back on at 4am as of Monday, 18 February 2019.
LOADSHEDDING RISK: According to Eskom, no anticipated loadshedding is expected this week.
