From Kimberley, it will be visible all night. It will become visible at around 20:19 (SAST) as the dusk sky fades, 39° above your south-eastern horizon. It will be lost to dawn twilight at around 04:44, 35° above your south-western horizon.
At magnitude 2.8, NGC2451 is visible to the naked eye, but best viewed through a pair of binoculars.
