UPDATE: 20 JANUARY 2023 – 08:17
We are aware that the electricity has been off in De Beers since last night and were working tirelessly till 03:30am. They found a cable fault between Regent Mini Substation and De Beers Substation. They have detected a cable fault and are awaiting the Test section to trace the fault.
They will be back on site with the test section to conclude repairs.
