We are currently working on the scaffolding of the pressure tower at Newton Reservoir to replace the leaking pipes which will necessitate in closing off the water supply at the tower due to the current low pressure in some areas in the CBD. We will interrupt supply till around 16: 30 today, Wednesday 24 July 2013. The same will continue tomorrow, Thursday 25 July and Friday 26 July 2013 from 14:00 till 16:30 . During this time certain areas will experience loss of water pressure, mostly in the CBD and surrounding areas. This is to ensure we increase the pressure to areas that have been affected recently like Rhodesdene, Newpark and parts of Belgravia that are currently experiencing a decline in water pressure for the past three weeks. We apologise for the inconvenience.
