Cow on the loose in Kimberley

[VIDEO] This afternoon it took the combined effort of SAPS, ER 24 and Sol Plaatje municipal workers to capture a cow running loose in Kimberley.  The cow created traffic havoc in Kimberley and was finally capture at the Ernest Oppenheimer Gardens and taken to the SPCA.
