WORK STOPS ON REHAB CENTRE
A DISPUTE over the awarding of a multimillionrand tender has seen the Northern Cape High Court issuing an interdict stopping work on the construction of the new Substance Abuse Rehabilitation Centre in Kimberley. This has resulted in further delays to the project, which could prove to be yet another fiasco like the Kimberley mental hospital project, having already exceeded the initial budget and time frame.
