UPDATE: 1 SEPTEMBER 2025 – 19:00
There is currently an Electricity Outage affecting a few residential areas including, Hillcrest, Eltoro Park and possibly others as well. Based on a resident’s report, outage appears to emanate from an electrical box that exploded on the corner of Jacobson and Slegg Avenue at 18h15 this evening.
At this stage we are still waiting on feedback from Sol Plaatje confirming the outage and affected areas.
