ALERT: POWER SUPPLY INTERRUPTION – UTILITY, KIMBERLEY NORTH AND PARTS OF CBD ( A PORTION OF PHAKAMILE MABIJA ROAD)
Cause: Ashburnham Mini-Substation switched off due to being underwater.
Impact: A number of streets affected in Utility and Kimberley North (Tapscot, Goodwin, Carr, Grewer Maude, and others); CBD (Phakamile Mabija Road – from KFC to upper-end)
Action: Electricians and Waterworks on-site at Substation. Repair work is progress.
