Current Water Problems : Planned Water interruption at Newton Pressure Tower Thursday, 15 August 2013 Update

We are pleased to inform the general public, business and affected parties that water was restored at  14:12 today to be precise this afternoon. Now that the water reticulation network was empty, it will take time before the whole network is full to capacity. All the repair work has been fully completed on the pressure tower and the levels are at their maximum. We are also pumping at maximum capacity from Riverton Water purification Works, thank you  for the patience and cooperation.

NOTE:  Some parts of  Kimberley have reported no water or low pressure as recently at 16:30 today.
