💥⚡LOADSHEDDING UPDATE⚡💥

ESKOM: Due to the delays in returning seven generating units to service, Stage 4 loadshedding will be implemented from 16:00 Thu 5 Jan 2023 until 05:00 Fri 6 Jan 2023. Thereafter Stage 3 loadshedding will be implemented until 16:00 on Friday. This pattern will be repeated until Sunday morning.

Based on reports by residents it appears as though the Nightly Water Shutdowns are still being implemented.
Time of Nightly Water Shutdown: 20:00 – 04:00 / 8pm – 4am
PLEASE NOTE: As in the past, sometimes water was switched off earlier than specified or switched on later than the times mentioned. Time of water switch on does not necessarily mean water will be available at that specified time, the system will need to first be filled and as such some areas will receive water after the stipulated time depending on the area’s location.
