Members of the public are herewith kindly informed that the following roads in the Civic Centre will be closed for the Vice-Chancellor’s Cycle Challenge taking place on 27 November 2022.
Roads around Oppenheimer Gardens, Sol Plaatje Drive & Jan Smuts Boulevard
- Corner of Chapel and Eureka Street
- Corner of Chapel and Hentrich Street
- Corner of Hospital Street and Sol Plaatje Drive
- Corner of Jubilee Street and Sol Plaatje Drive
- Corner of Lennox and Sol Plaatje Drive
Sol Plaatje University and the Sol Plaatje Municipality would like to apologize for the inconvenience experienced in the CBD due to this event. Road users are advised to avoid the affected roads during this period.
