Sol Plaatje have stated that due to the heavy rains, the excavation for the sewer pipeline has collapsed damaging a 250mm water main. Water will first be pumped out and then an assessment will be done to effect the necessary repairs.
The following areas will be without water until the pipe has been fixed: Homevale, Homelite & Homestead.
At this stage the current time frame is unknown.
Areas Affected: Homevale, Homelite & Homestead.
Timeframe for Water Restoration: UNKNOWN at this stage.
