KIMBERLEY IS ON STAGE 5 WATER RESTRICTIONS PAIRED WITH LONGER NIGHTLY WATER SHUTDOWNS https://www.kimberley.org.za/?p=22447
The water supply from Newton Reservoir is closed off at 18:00 every evening until 4am the next morning.
These measures will stay in place until the reservoir levels have stabilised at around 15 feet.

From Kimberley, the pair will be visible in the dawn sky, rising at 01:50 (SAST) – 3 hours and 58 minutes before the Sun – and reaching an altitude of 45° above the eastern horizon before fading from view as dawn breaks at around 05:32.
