Newton Reservoir has been shut down due to a massive pipe burst in Reservoir Road, New Park. Many areas will be experiencing low water pressure to no water supply. The pumps at Newton Reservoir will be switched on as as soon as estimated time of repair is unknown.
A massive pipe burst was also reported in Swanson Street, Riviera. Estimated time of repair is unknown as the pipe burst in Reservoir Road is affecting the water supply to many suburbs and caused a shut down of the Newton Reservoir.
