A warning of a planned electrical interruption of the CBD from 7am to 4pm on Sunday, 08/03/2015 has been issued by the Sol Plaatje Municipality.
Municipal spokesman, Selo Matsie, stated that as part of the Hull Street Substation upgrade it is necessary to reconnect the 11Kv cables to panels. “Consumers are warned to treat all electricity points as live because the power could be restored at any time”
