Public Works & Construction Company in war over New Mental Hospital

Public Works Department and  construction company in war over pay to build mental hospital.

The department of Public Works in the Northern Cape has denied making promises of paying a company previously contracted to build the new mental hospital in Kimberley. This after the company, Vista Park Developers accused the department of reneging on the deal.
