Refuse was not collected in Kimberley yesterday (18/01/2016) and may or may not be collected today.

It is very disheartening when one tries so hard and believes when they give empty promises. It clearly has NOT BEEN COLLECTED. Whatever the problem I don’t know. I have sent a letter to SP addressed to the Executive Mayor, Municipal Manager and a few others re the state of Kimberley and the NO CORRESPONDENCE from the officials. Will see what the response will be……. again Apologies Please share
