KIMBERLEY IS ON STAGE 5 WATER RESTRICTIONS PAIRED WITH LONGER NIGHTLY WATER SHUTDOWNS  https://www.kimberley.org.za/?p=22447
The water supply from Newton Reservoir is closed off at 18:00 every evening until 4am the next morning.
These measures will stay in place  until the reservoir levels have stabilised at around 15 feet.
