As seen from Kimberley , Venus will reach its highest point in the sky in its 2018–2019 morning apparition. It will be shining brightly at mag -4.4.From Kimberley, this apparition will be well placed and prominent, reaching a peak altitude of 41° above the horizon at sunrise on 2 Feb 2019.

KIMBERLEY IS ON STAGE 5 WATER RESTRICTIONS PAIRED WITH LONGER NIGHTLY WATER SHUTDOWNS  https://www.kimberley.org.za/?p=22447
The water supply from Newton Reservoir is closed off at 18:00 every evening until 4am the next morning.
These measures will stay in place  until the reservoir levels have stabilised at around 15 feet.
