Roads leading to the entrances of the Mittah Seperepere Convention Centre will be closed from 9.30am until 10.30am and motorists have been advised to make use of alternative routes.
The road closures are due to the the State of the Province Address (Sopa) by Northern Cape Premier, Sylvia Lucas at the MSCC.
About 1 500 guests are expected to attend the event.
