Current dam levels are increasing, so no Nightly Shutdown is envisaged. Repairs are also being done on major pipe bursts. If anything changes, we will keep all updated.

TODAY IS PROJECT MANAGEMENT DAY
There’s a huge project on the table, the kind of project that takes months if not years to finish, and dozens if not hundreds of people to properly manage. The resources needed for this are going to be immense, and keeping all the moving parts coordinated will no doubt be a challenge for the ages.
Without being properly managed, the whole thing will fall apart, or at the very least take much longer and more money than it should. Who do we look to when we find a situation like this? Project Managers. Project Management Day honors the Project Manager and encourages the people and organizations that rely on them to do the same.
How to celebrate Project Management Day
Celebrating Project Managers is best done by a show of appreciation from the organization at large.

COVID-19 INFO
As of today (6 Nov 2020), the cumulative number of detected COVID-19 cases is 734 175.
The cumulative number of tests conducted to date is 4 940 719 with 23 094 new tests conducted since the last report.
Regrettably, we report 72 COVID-19 related deaths today: 25 from Eastern Cape, 7 from Gauteng, 9 from the Free State, 8 from KwaZulu Natal, 16 from Limpopo, 3 from Northern Cape and 4 from Western Cape.
This brings the total number of COVID-19 related deaths to 19 749. Of the 72 deaths reported today, 7 were reported to have occurred in the past 24-48 hours: 1 in the Free State, 3 in Gauteng, 2 in KwaZulu Natal, 1 in Northern Cape.
We extend our condolences to the loved ones of the departed and thank the healthcare workers that treated the deceased patients.
Our recoveries now stand at 675 593 which translates to a recovery rate of 92%
NORTHERN CAPE COVID-19 STATISTICS AS AT 06 NOVEMBER 2020
The Minister of Health announced an additional 72 people testing positive for COVID-19 in the Northern Cape, bringing the cumulative total to 22 284 people.
We regret to report three (3) additional new COVID-19 related death occurring in the Northern Cape today, all from the Frances Baard district. This brings the cumulative total on COVID-19 related deaths in the Province to 295. One of these deaths occurred in the past 48 hours.
We extend our deepest condolences to the loved ones of the departed.
The number of recoveries currently stands at 18 418 with the recovery rate still at 83%.
