Latest: The municipality’s Electrical Department is aware of a few streets in Greenpoint and Diamond Park that are still offline. The team is currently repairing a damaged insulator in Smarty Town (Hull Street).

⚠️Backlog Catch-Up In All Areas:

We wish to assure residents and customers that all reported faults are being attended to.

📍 IMPORTANT: Customers are encouraged to report all electricity-related faults to the Municipal Call Centre: Toll-free: 080 122 9010 or 053 830 6111.

If a fault is not reported, the Electrical Team may not be aware and can not dispatch a team.
