PLEASE NOTE: There will be blasting taking place in Carters Road approximately 700m from the Douglas intersection between 12:00 and 17:00 tomorrow, Tuesday 7 September 2021.
Contractors are busy with excavations necessitating the blasting. All their permits are in place with the SAPS and all safety protocols will be followed.
